This is a typewritten document regarding the personnel needs of a research project being proposed by Drs. Herbert Jasper and Wilder Penfield. In the document Drs. Jasper and Penfield identify the need for a psychiatrist, a neurologist, a psychologist, a psychological technician, a research advisor in psychiatry, and a secretary. While some of these positions are indicated as already having been filled, there are a number of roles with vacancies. This document accompanies a letter from Herbert H. Jasper to Robert S. Morison dated February 19, 1953.
