This is a typewritten letter from Dr. C.A. Porteous, Medical Superintendent at the Verdun Protestant Hospital, to Wilder Penfield. The Superintendent writes that he and one Dr. Reed are supportive of Dr. Penfield's planned research into dementia praecox at the hospital. The letter is dated July 22, 1935.
