Simpson in which Dr. Penfield states that he wishes to receive the requisition book from the University for the funds of the Madeleine Ottmann Research Fund, as had been previously promised. Additionally, he requests information on creating a research fellowship for Dr. Joseph P. Evans. The second page is a list of expenses paid for through the Medeline Ottmann Fund for Research in Epilepsy. The letter is dated September 26, 1929.
