This is a black and white photograph depicting mock gladiatorial combat between a group of men. They are dressed in fake suits of armour and a group of men surround one fallen man in the foreground. On the right, there is an upside down shield that reads "MCMVIII". A handwritten note on the back of the photograph reads: "54". The photograph was taken at a Princeton University alumni reunion.
