Letter from John R. Yates to Wilder Penfield, August 21, 1928.

Typewritten letter from John R. Yates of Williams, Myers, Quiggle and Breeding Attorneys and Councillors at Law, to Wilder Penfield. He writes in regards to an application Yates intended to have sent to Penfield, but was never mailed. Yates apologizes for the oversight and the delay it has caused. He writes that he is sending it again, and assures Penfield that Penfield will have time to execute it and return it before he sails.
