Telegram from Edward Bell to Wilder Penfield, March 27, 1916.
Handwritten telegram from Edward Bell written to Wilder Penfield. Bell appears to be writing in regards to something (he and) Penfield are trying to publish. Bell writes that he is having difficulty obtaining permission to enter Dover [where Penfield in staying in a Hospital], which is causing too much of a delay. He asks that Penfield wire what he would like published and Bell will pay the expenses.
