Cablegram from Edward H. Huxley and Francis E. Drake to the President of the United States, March 30, 1916.
Typewritten letter from Edward H. Huxley and Francis Edward Drake, survivors of the Sussex Torpedoing, to the President of the United States [Woodrow Wilson]. In light of what they experienced in the torpedoing, Huxley and Drake call on Wilson to take action in order to prevent any similar acts of aggression and to "cease the hollow pretense of friendship" with Germany.
