Description:
Typewritten letter from Jonathan Campbell Meakins, Director of the Royal Victoria Hospital University clinic, to Wilder Penfield. Meakins writes expressing his delight that Penfield has decided to come to Montreal. Meakins describes the three rooms available to Penfield as work spaces and how Meakins would advise they be used. He also makes reference to a check that has been sent to Penfield to cover expenses. Finally Meakins expresses his hope that Dr. Cone will join Penfield in Montreal and a wish that the two of them may return to Montreal for longer visit in order to establish more specific arrangements for the Fall.
