This is a typewritten letter from Charles F. Martin to Wilder Penfield. It concerns expenses in outfitting the neurosurgical clinic and laboratory at the Royal Victoria Hospital which could exceed any grant Dr. Penfield might receive from the Rockefeller Foundation. Dr. Martin confirms that McGill would help make up the deficit up to aproximately one thousand dollars. This letter is from Feb. 14, 1928.
