This is a typewritten letter from Charles F. Martin to Wilder Penfield. It concerns expenses in outfitting the neurosurgical clinic and laboratory at the Royal Victoria Hospital which could exceed any grant Dr. Penfield might receive from the Rockefeller Foundation.
