Billy Mac and Bobby on a dirt road, photograph.
Billy Mac and Bobby on a dirt road, photograph.
A black and white photograph of two boys on a dirt road. The boy on the left is identified in the caption as Billy MacQuarrie. The boy on the right is holding a bicycle and is Robert Inglis. Robert Inglis was the son of Ruth Inglis, Dr. Wilder Penfield’s sister and the daughter of Jean Penfield. Billy MacQuarrie was the son of Thomas William MacQuarrie, who had been a teacher and then principal of the Galahad School in Hudson Wisconsin, established in part by Jean Penfield in 1905.

There is a black mark, possibly ink, on the front of the bicycle and on the road to the right of Robert Inglis. The photograph is from page 102 of Wilder Penfield's 1919-1927 album.
