A black and white photograph depicts Helen Kermott Penfield sitting on a narrow dock with Ruth Mary Penfield. As noted in the caption of an earlier photograph, this is a dock built by Wilder Penfield. Ruth Mary is looking towards Helen, who is looking at the camera. The photograph was taken while the Penfields were camping at a site they had named “Camp ‘Re-creation” from August 5 to September 5, 1923. This is the fourth image on page 69 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
