Two Adults and a Boy with a Flag, photograph.
Two Adults and a Boy with a Flag, photograph.
A black and white photograph of three people on a large rock at the edge of a lake or river. There is a flag on a make-shift flag pole in front of the rock. While the image is not clear, the individuals in the photograph are likely (left to right) Wilder Graves Penfield, Alfred Robey, and Wilder Penfield Jr. The photograph was taken while the Penfields were camping at a site they had named “Camp ‘Re-creation” from August 5 to September 5, 1923. This is the first image on page 67 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
