A black and white photograph of Ruth Mary Penfield and Wilder Penfield Jr. playing in a garden with what appears to be a rocking horse. According to the photograph’s caption, the image was taken at 39 Thistlewaite Road, London, N.E. 5, which was the Penfields’ home when they lived in London from December 1920 to May 1921. This is the fourth photograph on page 38 of the 1919 - 1927 photo album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
