Black and white photograph of a woman believed to be Helen Kermott Penfield and three children. Two of the children sit in a baby carriage, they appear to be Wilder Penfield Jr. and Ruth Mary Penfield. The third child is standing alongside the baby carriage and is possibly Donald Blencowe. Believed to be taken while the Penfields were in Oxford between October 15, 1919, to December 20, 1920. The photograph is one of six from page 26 of Wilder Penfield's 1919-1927 album.
