A black and white print of what appears to be a regatta race during the Eights Week (Summer Eights) in Oxford. Many spectators can be seen along the banks of the River Thames, the portion of which passing through Oxford is known as the River Isis. This is the first image from page 21 of the 1919-1927 album compiled by Wilder Penfield.
