Description:
Black and white photograph showing a building on a body of water believed to be the River Thames. Three men can be seen standing on what appears to be a dock in the far left of the photo. Two figures are in a boat by the shore, one is sitting, one is standing.

The photograph can be found on Page 7 of the 1919-1927 album compiled by Wilder Penfield. Believed to have been taken while the Penfields were in Oxford between October 15, 1919, to December 20, 1920.
