Black and white photograph of a man, identified as Porter, stands in front of a fountain believed to be in St. Peter's Square. What appears to be the Dome of St. Peter's Basilica can be seen in the background. The Photograph is surrounded by a white border. It is glued to the twenty-second page in Wilder Penfield's 1913-1916 album. This photograph is believed to be taken in Italy during Wilder Penfield's trip to Europe in 1915.
