The report is a summary of the clinical work conducted during the calendar year 1974, and the scientific and research records for the academic year 1974-1975. There are four photographs: a dedication written in stone on the MNI building (on the cover), two black and white group photographs of MNI staff members, and a photograph of Wilder Penfield with Theodore Rasmussen and William Feindel.
