This is a manual entitled "Canadian Army of Military Neurosurgery" by Wilder Penfield. In the manual, Penfield details the diagnosis and neurosurgical treatment of various head, neck, and spine injuries, as well as techniques which can be employed to avoid later complications. There are a number of fold outs included in the manual. This manual was printed in 1941 and cost fifty cents. It was distributed by the Canadian Government.
