Description:
Typewritten letter from Carr Sherrington [son of Charles Sherrington] to Wilder Penfield. Carr Sherrington writes that he had no idea his Father had been invited to speak at the Opening of the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) and that his father has been in poor health for some time, but his condition has considerably improved. Sherrington writes that while his father "is very reticent about his life in general" he will do his best to sent Penfield enough material for Dr. Elvidge to prepare a biography.
