Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Theodore H. Weisenburg, of the Archives of Neurology and Psychiatry. Penfield writes of his hope to publish a small volume containing addresses from the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) opening and biographies of famous neurologists written by MNI staff. He lists the individuals to be written about and inquires as to whether Weisenburg would like to published such a volume in the Archives.

The neurologists Penfield lists include those individuals whose names are also inscribed on the ceiling of the MNI reception roomm, they are: "Jackson, Horsley and Sherrington; Charcot and Claude Bernard; von Monakow, Alzheimer, Pavlov, Ca Jal, Golgi, Weir Mitchell, Cushing".
