I must say that I found the opening (?) & the tour of the building work inspiring & an experience always to be remembered. I (?) (?) (?) with that the meeting of very old friends & the delightful (?) you gave added a human touch that was (?). Any good (?) for the success of the (?) (?) are sure to be fulfilled, (?) (?) & offer them with all my heart. Yours Sincerely, Robert S. (Grovenor?)."
