Typewritten letter from Alan Gregg to Wilder Penfield. Gregg writes that a letter notifying the Rockefeller Foundation of the August 1st opening of the [Montreal Neurological Institute] laboratory is necessary to in order to transfer money. He also, regretfully declines Penfield's invitation to the opening ceremonies.
