Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Colin Russel. Penfield expresses his happiness that Russel and Linton "found a proper place at Basingstoke." He writes of his interest in Russels' idea of establishing an organization of administration in large Canadian hospitals similar to England's arrangement. Penfield reports on the progress of his book, now titled "Epilepsy and Cerebral Localization", and his experience preparing for the examination for a promotion from Lieutenant to Captain.
