This is a typewritten letter from Lieutenant Colonel C. E. Cross at the No. 1 Neurological Hospital to Wilder Penfield. In the letter Lieutenant Colonel Cross discusses the progress that the Number 1 Neurological Hospital has made in setting up what is presumably equipment in the hospital’s Nissen huts. This letter is dated September 16, 1940.
