This is a typewritten document that contains two telegrams, one from an Elizabeth Gordon, and the reply from Lieutenant Colonel Harry Botterell at the No. 1 Neurological Hospital in Basingstoke, England. The telegrams concern the health of Elizabeth Gordon’s brother, whom Dr. Botterell had treated at the No. 1 Neurological Hospital. These telegrams are dated November 17, 1942. This typed copy of the telegrams was included in a letter from Dr. Botterell to Dr. Penfield which is dated November 24, 1942.
