Typewritten letter from Wilder Penfield to Nursing Sister Freda Bossy. He informs her the authorities held up her last letter so no one could know when she sailed as she seemed to be part of the largest convoy of Canadian troops. He requests that she sends him some thumbnail sketches of the hospital set up.
