This is a newspaper clipping of an article entitled "Brain Surgery, Brilliant Teamwork by Canadians in Various Medical Branches Keeps Wound Mortality Low.” In the article, Ivers Kelly praises the neurosurgical team at the Number 1 Neurological Hospital, specifically William Vernon Cone and his successors.
