This is a typewritten letter from the Secretary to Dr. Penfield, Ann Dawson, to Miss Lucy Allan, Secretary to Dr. J.C. White. In the letter Miss Dawson informs Miss White that both Drs. O.W. Stewart and S.P. Humphreys had been promoted from the position of Lieutenant to Captain. The letter is dated January 31, 1942.
