This is a black and white photograph depicting (left to right) a Mr. or Dr. Stanley, Colin Russel, an unidentified nurse, and Lieutenant-Colonel H. Botterel [i.e. Botterell]. They appear to be in an operating room, standing and sitting in the positions that would take during an operation. The three men are looking into the camera while the nurse is looking at Russel. This photograph was likely taken in an operating room at the No. 1 Neurological Hospital in Basingstoke, England.
