This is a black and white photograph of (from left to right) Colin Russel, an unknown man in uniform, a nurse, Wilder Penfield and William Vernon Cone. The unknown man and Penfield are both holding cigarettes and Cone is holding a tea cup. They are standing in a courtyard. There appears to be a building with a net in front of it in the background.The photograph was taken during Dr. Penfield’s visit to the No. 1 Neurological Hospital in the summer of 1941.
