Note from Ann Dawson (AD) to Eileen C. Flanagan.

This is a typewritten and undated note from Anne Dawson, Dr. Wilder Penfield’s secretary at the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI), to Miss Eileen Flanagan, the MNI’s Nursing Supervisor. In the note, Miss Dawson indicates to Miss Flanagan that she is forwarding a bill that had been forwarded to the MNI by Mr. [C.D.] Love [of the Royal Victoria Hospital] in order to have Miss Dawson determine to what department of, or individual at, the Red Cross the bill should be sent. Miss Dawson indicates that she believes that the Red Cross had previously made arrangements concerning the bill with Miss Flanagan, and thus, she asks that Miss Flanagan send the bill to the appropriate individual at, or department of, the Red Cross.
