A typewritten letter from Lieutenant Colonel William Leggat, President of the Quebec Provincial Division of the Canadian Red Cross Society, to Miss Elieen Flanagan, the Montreal Neurological Institute’s Nursing Supervisor. In the letter Lt.Col. Leggat informs Miss Flanagan about a number of articles which were delivered to the Red Cross location on St. Catherine Street West in Montreal. Unclear about whether some of the items were the property of the institute, Lt. Col. Leggat lists the items in question. Also enclosed with the letter is a longer list of all of the equipment received at the Red Cross location. The letter is dated August 31, 1945.
