This is a memorandum entitled "Concerning Charges to Service Patients in the Montreal Neurological Institute". It is a memo that reports the fees charged for the care of military patients at the institute and how that money is spent. It expressly states that money for research and building facilities come out of a separate fund rather than from the hospital's patient budget. A hand written note on the first page of the memorandum identifies it as being from January 20, 1945.
