Alternative Proposal.

This is a typewritten report entitled “Alternative Proposal.” In the report the author indicates that the proposed Montreal Neurological Institute military annex was originally envisioned as a three storey wooden structure. However, should there be significant objections to the proposed three storey structure, it could be redesigned to be a two storey building, although with a larger footprint.
