There is some fraying, with loss of text, of outer edges and along the gutter.

Capital "S" and "P" have posed problems of transcription. The author has used "By^r" and "Fy^r" as abbreviations for "Brother" and "Father"; and has combined the characters "3" and "P" in writing the name "3Pouces".
