MFTP #0010 a certain stone[.] Look here Comrades said the chief – I dreamed last night that this stone was stained with blood and my dream must be fulfilled this evening – go however go for your horses and pass here on your return – do not disappoint me – you Know I can always find you even in the village of your own nation[.] "If I do not pass here 'said the Arriqira Indian' it is not that I dread my intimate friend" – and went his way[.] The chief then instructed his Young men and took his possition. When the Arriqira Indian returned and had come to the stone the chief gave the signal of death and the Young men shot the guilty Indian through the heart[.] The body was left to the wolves and the Great chief went home loaded with praise and with presents[.] End [24] L E G E N D : |
