Seguin Henry Jackson (1752-1816) was an English physician and medical writer who practiced in London, at the Infirmary of St. George's. His works include "A Treatise on Sympathy" (London: 1781).
Artist is likely William Wadd (1776-1829), a British surgeon and medical writer who was also a draughtsman.
