Sir Victor Horsley (1857-1916) was an English physiologist, pathologist, and surgeon who specialized in diseases and injuries of the brain and spinal cord. He was professor of pathology at University College Hospital, London, as well as surgeon to the National Hospital for Epilepsy and Paralysis.
