Paul Brouardel (1837-1906) was a French pathologist and professor of forensics at the Faculté de Médecine de Paris. He was a leading authority of French forensic medicine, and was at the forefront of public health issues such as food safety, tuberculosis, venereal disease, and alcoholism.
