Lewellys Franklin Barker (1867-1943) was a Canadian physician specializing in the study of neurology, endocrinology, and internal medicine. He was a professor of anatomy, and later became director of medicine and physician-in-chief at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, succeeding William Osler.
