Description:
This is a typewritten letter from John Kershman, Executive Assistant to the Director of the Montreal Neurological Institute, to Wilder Penfield. In his analysis, Kershman outlines various expense variables, including the varying costs of public and private patients, the occupancy rate, patients’ length of stay, and other such factors. These include improving the institute’s food services by building a kitchen in the extension. This letter is dated July 6, 1944.
