This is a typewritten letter regarding the arrangements between William Vernon Cone and Wilder Penfield. In the letter, it states that Cone and Penfield will alternate between military assignments. A private doctor, T.C. Erickson, will also be setting up a practice in the interim. This letter is from July 3, 1940.
