TO Let, and possession given in may next, all the landed property of the subscriber, lying in the parish of St. Ann’s, at the end of the Island of Montreal, pleasantly situated on the bank of the river, about a quarter of a mile above the St. Ann’s Rapids, a little above the ferry to Vaudreuille, consisting of the following lots, which will be let jointly or separately, viz:—
1. A large and commodious Stone House, two stories high, very convenient for a gentleman’s family or a house of entertainment, with a lot of 14 acres of excellent land, in high state of cultivation, garden, out-houses, &c.
2. A Farm of 4 acres in front by 18 in depth; also in high order of arable and meadow land, with a young Orchard, joining the above, well fenced.
3. A Farm containing 5 acres 8 perches in front by 18 in depth, also joining the above, very fit for cultivation and pasture, &c. with a new frame house, barn, &c. erected on the premises.
4. A Farm pleasantly situated running along the Lake of Two Mountains, 30 acres by 2 in breadth of excellent meadow, arable and pasture land.
