THE copartnership which subsisted between the subscribers under the firm of JAMES & ANDREW McGILL & Co. having expired on the 10th instant, all persons indebted to said firm are requested to pay to their successors, Desriveres, Blackwood & Co. who are duly authorized to grant discharges; and those who have demands on said firm will in like manner apply for payment.
