NOTICE is hereby given, that the Copartnership lately carried on at Montreal, under the Firm of Leith Jameson & Co. expired on the 31st day of March last past; all persons therefore, indebted to the same are required to make payment to Forsyth, Richardson & Co. of the same place, merchants, of the sums by them respectively owing; and those who have claims against the said late Copartnership will also apply for settlement and payment thereof, to the Subscribers, who are furnished with necessary powers in the premises.
