| Note: | United Amusement Corporation Limited was incorporated in Quebec in 1924. The company changed its name to United Theatres Ltd. in 1970. The company changed its name to Cinémas Unis Ltée in mid-1979. In 1981, the parent company, Famous Players Ltd., was reorganized and the real estate and theatre operations were separated. Consequently, the company continued with the Quebec Realty operations and its name was changed to Les Immeubles Famous Players (Quebec) Inc. A new subsidiary, Cinemas Unis Inc., was established to carry out the Quebec theatre operations. |
