Qurʼan with an interlinear Persian translation.
A copy of the Qurʾan in naskh script, with an interlinear Persian
translation in nastaʿlīq script in red ink. It opens with a Kashmiri
style double-page illuminated frontispiece. The up-strokes(ascenders) of such letters as alif and lām are very thin and have no head- or foot-serifs. The manuscript was copied in Hyderabad 1865-6 and 1872-3.
