| As was the 1920 catalogue of this annual exhibition, this one was rebound with interleaved blank notebook leaves, which are covered with ms. notes in pen of artists' names and sale prices of art works. The signature of the art dealer Fritz Bismeyer (see the Düsseldorf catalogue of 1912) is on the front endpaper. The ms. label on the spine reads: Dü. 1922. The catalogue also has the Dominion Gallery stamp in it. There is a prominent advertisement for Galerie Julius Stern on the back cover.
